Optional Google Ads measurement

If you allow ad measurement, Google Ads can use advertising cookies, technical browser information and ad-click identifiers to measure which ads lead to saved booking requests. We send an opaque event identifier to prevent duplicate counts; we do not include guest names, emails, phone numbers, booking references or messages in the conversion event. Google tags stay blocked until you allow measurement. Declining does not affect booking. Change or withdraw your choice using Ad privacy settings on public pages. The choice is stored on this browser for up to 180 days. Personalized advertising and enhanced conversions are disabled. Google processes measurement data under its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Listing follow-up emails

Administrators may send a follow-up offering help with an incomplete property listing. We retain the recipient, message, send time and email-provider result for support and duplicate-send prevention. Each follow-up includes a link to stop these reminders. Stopping follow-ups does not stop booking, security or account messages.

Signup and listing progress

We record the times of login-code requests, verified sign-ins, visits to the owner portal and the first interaction with a listing form. Administrators use these records to understand incomplete onboarding and support users. Progress tracking does not record the contents you type into an unsubmitted form or the login code itself.

Information you provide

We receive account information such as your email address, name and sign-in provider. Booking requests include your name, phone number, dates, guest count and quoted price. Nationality and expected arrival time are optional. You may also save an optional guest profile with contact details, a short introduction and a link to your public Airbnb profile. We also store booking status, messages and payment records entered by the owner.

Owners provide contact information, property details, photos, imported listing information and calendar links. Owner accounts may also contain bank details, income and expense entries, stay preparation checklists and invitations for property team members. Contact forms collect the information and message you submit.

Why we use it

We use these details to sign you in, review owner applications, check dates, manage bookings, deliver service emails, support guest–owner communication and coordinate stays. Owners use the operations tools to manage their properties. Technical request information is used to detect abuse and protect accounts.

The website does not collect payment card details or process accommodation payments. Bank transfers and payment on arrival are arranged directly with the owner. A recorded payment status reflects information entered by the owner, rather than confirmation from a bank.

Who can see your information

Your booking information is available to you, the property's owner and authorized administrators. Invited team members receive access according to the permissions assigned by the owner. Preparation access is limited to the assigned checklist; co-host booking or calendar access must be granted separately.

If you create a guest profile, its details are shown to the owner of a property when you request a stay there. Owners of your future bookings may also see reviews written by Amman Living owners for your completed stays. Phone numbers are not treated as verified unless a separate phone check is completed. Airbnb links are guest-provided references; Amman Living does not import Airbnb reviews or confirm Airbnb identity checks.

Listing descriptions and selected property photos are public when a listing is open for bookings. Guest contact details, private messages, owner bank details and financial records are not part of the public listing.

Service providers and calendar links

The website uses Supabase for email sign-in, SendGrid for email delivery, Twilio Verify for optional phone-number SMS verification, and Cloudflare services for hosting and abuse protection. Optional ChatGPT sign-in uses its identity service. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Some processing or storage may occur outside Jordan, subject to applicable data-protection requirements and safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Connected Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com calendars exchange unavailable date ranges. Calendar export links grant access to a feed and should be kept private. Imported photos and external map links can connect your browser to the relevant external provider.

Cookies and browser storage

Sign-in uses cookies to maintain your session. The website also stores your language preference. Abuse-protection services may use browser information or cookies when checking a request. This notice does not treat those functions as consent to advertising or marketing.

Retention and privacy requests

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including providing the service, managing a stay, handling a dispute and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable, subject to any legal requirement to retain it. Sign in and open Your privacy & data to download an account-data file or submit a request for a full copy, correction, account and data deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Track our responses there and add information or withdraw an open request. The download covers the categories described on that page; a full data-copy request can cover additional records and uploaded files. Deletion requests are reviewed and processed separately; submitting a request or changing its status does not cancel bookings or automatically delete data. We may need to verify your identity. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier lawful processing.

Protecting your account

Keep sign-in codes, calendar links and account access private. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Owners should grant team members only the permissions needed and remove access when their assignment ends. No online service can guarantee that every security incident will be prevented.
